Our minimum order quantity is 20 tons for most products. For FCL shipments, we can accommodate orders of 20-26 tons per 20ft container. Special arrangements can be made for smaller orders through our LCL shipping option (2-18 tons).

We accept Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other payment methods based on the order size and customer requirements. A 30% advance payment is typically required, with the balance payable against copy of Bill of Lading.

Shipping time varies depending on the destination and shipping method. Typically, sea freight to the Middle East takes 2-4 weeks, to Africa 4-6 weeks, and to Asia 3-5 weeks. We provide estimated delivery times for each order based on the specific destination and shipping route.

Yes, we offer custom packaging solutions based on your specific requirements. Our standard packaging is 500kg wrapped bales, but we can accommodate special sizes, labeling requirements, and packaging materials as needed.
